Involved in all facets of the business since inception in 2019 and having previously served as Vice President of Operation for Global Transport Logistics, Inc., one of the Fusion Transport operating companies for 15 year. As CEO, Frank oversees the strategic direction of the company while working with the Executive Team to drive growth, innovation, and culture across the organization .
Director of Logistics
With over 25 years experience, starting as a carrier sale representative for American Backaulers, he co-founded Am Trans Expedite in 2000 with the philosophy of always overdelivering to customers, carriers, and especially employees. Over the years, he has consistently focused on developing and leading a team of hard working and creative logistics specialists, who have helped organically grow the Fusion Logistics Department to over $175M in revenue.
James (Jim) Davis
Over 25 years of experience in various supply chain industry vertices including systems development, Logistics Service Provider (LSP), solution architecture, support, and resource management. Jim and his team have built the Fusion Transport technical ecosystem include best of breed TMS and WMS systems, data warehouse, ERP, and created an industry leading integration offering.
Holding responsibility for operations of all Fusion Transport, he overseeing all warehouse facilities and transportation operations nationwide. He also manages labor planning, operational infrastructure, implementation of systems, safety protocols, and facility planning. Hahn joined the Legacy company GTLI in 2012 as General Manager of the first Retail consolidation location in Fair Lawn, NJ after four years with Arrowpac Container Freight Station where he rose through the organization based upon his outstanding service. Jae implemented signiﬁcant changes to Fusion’s operations in Piscataway, NJ, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Grand Prairie, TX and Romeoville, IL, dramatically improving these prime locations' overall services. He leads by example, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
VP, Freight Operations
Serving as the VP for Freight Operations, he oversees the operations of the Retail Consolidation team and Pricing department out of our Rutherford office. Prior to his current role, Rob served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis here at Fusion. Prior to joining Fusion in the Summer of 2020, Rob worked at various banking, consulting, and financial services concerns within the respective Accounting and Finance departments at these institutions. Rob holds a BBA in Accountancy, and MBA in Finance & Investments, and qualified as a CPA.
Possessing over 25 years of corporate sales and sales management experience in the transportation and logistics industry with extensive knowledge of all modes including retail consolidation, LTL, TL, freight forwarding, intermodal and warehousing. One of key contributors in developing the Fusion “Big Box” RTC infrastructure and network. Responsible for all aspects of Fusion Transport’s RTC business development and customer experience nationwide.
Beginning his career in transportation at Total Quality Logistics, he worked his way through the ranks while operating a customer portfolio. He continued to develop and manage teams which led to the growth of multiple offices. From there, Dan moved to a Senior Enterprise Account Director position for Convoy, a digital freight provider and technology platform. He brings over 10 years of market, sales, and operational experience with the goal of expanding our national presence. Currently at Fusion, Dan looks to help drive success through the sales team, finding ways to expand our services while developing teams.
Bringing over 30 years of knowledge an experience in transportation. Chris joined Fusion in 2016, as an operation executive. From starting in 1987 as an owner operator for Land Air Express, to his current position at Fusion, Chris has many accomplishments to highlight over the years. At the start of his career, he began as a service center manager for US Xpress, which later developed into a Regional Sales and Operational Executive for their Midwest and Texas regions. During that time, Chris assisted executive management in developing an on-demand product, Xpress Direct. In 2006, he partnered with a childhood friend and colleague to create Alpha Omega Logistic, Inc., a local pickup and delivery company in the Chicago market which was later sold in 2012. Chris also established CPH Trans consulting company while simultaneously employed for Altom Transport Inc in the safety and compliance department.
